Abstract

The cellular central heated shutter panel may be used to form precast or in situ concrete slabs to protect the fresh concrete from the cold or to accelerate curing. It comprises two parallel plates (1) connected by bolts (27) at a definite interval, incorporating internal dividing walls, and constituting a heat-exchanger with one or more inlets (24,25,26). Certain walls may have openings which control the rate of flow of the heat-carrying fluid, and some chambers (12,13) may collect post heat-exchange fluid e.g. water. Steam under pressure may enter inlet compartments (3,6,8,11), passing into outlet compartments (4,5,9,10), and finally reaching drainable (22,23) chambers (12,13) in the liquid form.

FABRICATION DE L'ENVELOPPE
La fig.1/1 présente une coupe latérale de l'élément . La plaque métallique 1 servira de support des éléments en tole métallique encastrée séparant les com; partiments 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,i3 et l4 et le cadre formé par les éléments en tole 15,16 et 17 ; la plaque 18 s'emboîte dans les éléments 16,17,1, et 19
La ferméture de l'enveloppe se fait par emboîtement de la plaque 19 sur les éléments séparant les compartiments
Les compartiements 12 et 13 comportent à l'une de leur extrémité un goulot 20 et 21 métallique et un tuyau d'acier 22 et 23 dans son prolongement et à leur bout une vanne
Les tubes 24 et 25 à leur bout une varne pour l'injection de fluide , le tube 26 vient stembotter sur la parois 1
L'assemblage rigide de l'enveloppe se fait par boulons 27 et écrous 28 et contre écrous 29 sur tout le périmer de l'enveloppe
L'assemblage de la plaque 18 se fait par emboîtement sur les éléments comme décrit ,ci-dessus, et par des tiges - boulons avec écrous 30 passant a' travers les compartiments et finissant sur la plaque 15
FONCTIONlES4ENT :
L'injection de vapeur ou de l'air chaud par les tubes 24,25 et 26 dans les compartiments 2,7 et 14 sous pression . Ce fluide est propulsé au moyen des restric tions ou tuyères dans les compartiments 11,8,6 et 3 puis récupéré dans les compartiments 4,5,9 et 10 et sera dirigé dans les compartiments 12 et 13 puis rejeé par les tubes 22 et 23 . Ce dernier, qui est récupéré,sera renvoyé dans les batteries chauffantes aux fins de recyclage éventuel

The envelope is closed by fitting the plate 19 onto the elements separating the compartments
The compartments 12 and 13 comprise at one of their ends a metal neck 20 and 21 and a steel pipe 22 and 23 in its extension and at their end a valve
The tubes 24 and 25 at their end a valve for the injection of fluid, the tube 26 stembotter on the walls 1
The rigid assembly of the envelope is done by bolts 27 and nuts 28 and against nuts 29 over the entire perimeter of the envelope
The assembly of the plate 18 is done by interlocking on the elements as described above, and by rods-bolts with nuts 30 passing through the compartments and ending on the plate 15
FUNCTION:
Injection of steam or hot air through tubes 24, 25 and 26 into compartments 2, 7 and 14 under pressure. This fluid is propelled by means of the restrictions or nozzles in the compartments 11, 8, 6 and 3 then recovered in the compartments 4,5, 9 and 10 and will be directed into the compartments 12 and 13 then discharged by the tubes 22 and 23 . The latter, which is recovered, will be returned to the heating batteries for possible recycling
