Abstract

The poultry feeder has food hopper with a hinging cone lid. A trough (12) is always kept filled with food (11) from the hopper at a constant level. This is done by the use of a cone-shaped hopper (5), adjustable for height, and which can be placed fully-loaded on the axis of the trough cone (2). As the food flows down, it is automatically braked by an adjustable rosette-shaped member. A grille (10) fits automatically over the periphery of the trough where the birds peck, being ring-shaped and flexible so as to fit against the base of the hopper.

La présente addition concerne des perfectionnements importants apportés aux mangeoires pour volailles avec réser -ve d'aliments.Ces perfectionnements concernent spécialement l'alimentation des volatiles à l'âge adulte.
