Abstract

The trolley for handling gas bottles is designed so that the bottle does not require to be lifted for loading. A vertical column (1), with a handle (9) across the top, and mounted on a spindle (5) between two wheels (6,7) at the bottom, has a frame (4) near the bottom. This fits around the body of the gas bottle. The column is hollow, with an open slot from top to bottom, inside which slides a bar (3) with a hooked end which engages the top of the bottle. The inner end of the bar can be hooked against a selected tooth of a rack inside the column, to suit the height of the bottle. The trolley has a stable vertical position when loaded or unloaded.

Description

 The present invention relates to a household type trolley.

 It is intended for handling standard bottles of household butane gas.

The trolleys known to date for this use have the drawback of forcing the user to lift the bottle to position it on the trolley and to repeat the operation for unloading.

Tedious operation for the elderly, women and children.

 The carriage according to the invention completely eliminates these efforts.

 To unload the bottle, simply put the cart in vertical position and sit the bottle on its base. This operation loosens the hook 3 which, by gravity, passes from the transport position to that of unloading; operations requiring no effort.

 The trolley object of the invention foresees an interesting secondary use as a suitcase holder or for handling all products packaged in bags such as coal, potatoes, flour etc ...
