Abstract

The agricultural sprayer is particularly for a grass-killing product, and designed for hitching to a tractor. It has a combined chassis and housing open to the underside (6), two or more landwheels, and spray pipes (17) discharging into the housing and connected to a tank mounted on the tractor. The chassis and housing may be in two sections movable relative to one another. There can be a flexible skirt (15, 16, 19) extending down from the housing all the way round, so as to brush against the ground. The section of the skirt at the front and back of the housing may be split into two sections if the chassis and housing are pivoted, one skirt section being fixed to each housing section.
