Abstract
Method comprises adding reagents for the different components and measuring the light absorption of the respective reaction prods. in a measurement cell. The reagents for the different components are added to the same sample and are chosen such tha they do not interfere with each other, and the absorption curves of the respective reaction prods. are measured simultaneously. Process is esp. useful for the simultaneous determn. of components in fluids of animal and human origin, e.g. for the simultaneous determn. of triglycerides and cholesterol in human or animal serum; of Ca and Mg in human serum; and of glucose and urea in human serum.
