Abstract

Procédé de traitement de particules de métal ferreux, atomisées par eau, pour la production de pièces d'acier. Il consiste à entrechoquer les particules à des vitesses suffisantes pour casser et fragmenter les couches superficielles d'oxydes de ces particules, pour brunir la surface des noyaux ferreux ainsi mis à découvert et pour engendrer une contrainte dans la surface desdits noyaux. Les particules sont ensuite comprimées et frittées. Domaine d'application : métallurgie des poudres.
