Abstract

The gripping member, shaped to fit into the palm of the hand, and with a set of recesses for the fingers, is an orthopaedic device matching the shape of the bolt of a firearm. The number of recesses can be up to four, for the four fingers. The member is particularly intended for the rear hand grip on an automatic firearm. It is therefore intended to enable maximum accuracy to be maintained when the weapon is used for long periods by ensuring minimum fatigue of the hand, wrist and forearm muscles.
