Abstract
The mixing valve has a cylindrical body fitted with five connections. The hot water is connected to the inlet(2) and the cold water to the inlet connection(3). Re-heat water is mitted from the connection(5). A thermostat controls the position of the piston. A spring operates on the outer side of the piston and the tension is adjusted by means of the screwed rod. The piston has grooves which allow connections between required inlet and outlet connections. The position of the piston allows mixing the hot, colr or recirculating water in the valve.
