Abstract

L'invention est relative aux dispositifs semi-conducteurs. Elle réside en ce que des shunts d'émetteur sont répartis uniformément autour du bord intérieur d'une région d'émetteur. Le périmètre du contact de gâchette et le bord intérieur de la région d'émetteur sont en forme de polygone, une rangée de shunts d'émetteur étant disposée à distance uniforme dudit périmètre et dudit bord intérieur. Applicable aux thyristors.
