Abstract
L'invention est du domaine de la thermoélectricité. Elle concerne une thermopile semi-conductrice, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'une telle thermopile. Selon le procédé de l'invention on rode des lamelles de matériaux semi-conducteurs de type n et p, collées de chaque côté d'une lamelle de verre, de façon à obtenir une épaisseur prédéterminée. L'invention s'applique notamment à l'alimentation des stimulateurs cardiaques.
