Abstract

La présente invention consiste en un échangeur de chaleur. Cet échangeur de chaleur comprend une première et une seconde voie d'écoulement pour un milieu fournisseur de chaleur et un milieu receveur de chaleur respectivement, un espace de séparation étant défini entre ces voies d'écoulement, cet espace de séparation contenant un liquide transmetteur de chaleur sous une pression inférieure à la pression dans au moins l'une des voies d'écoulement et un dispositif de sécurité sensible à la pression pour éliminer le liquide transmetteur de chaleur de cet espace de séparation si la pression dépasse une chaleur prédéterminée ne dépassant pas la pression dans au moins une des voies d'écoulement L'invention est par exemple utilisable dans les entrepôts frigorifiques.
