Abstract

A hammer-mill pulveriser for refuse or waste has a grid-comb positioned tangentially to the rotor. This grid-comb is integral with a moveable wall. The wall and grid-comb are moved by an oleopneumatic jack screw. A comparator sets the pulveriser parameters against the pulverising parameters required. The pulverising parameters' matrices are selected depending on the type of pulverising. Used for reducing twn or industrial refuse and water, household refuse, forest waste, compost, peat, etc. The granulometry is regulated continuously and the work of the pulveriser adapts all the time to the product to be pulverised, so the motor power consumption is minimum for a more constant result.
