Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'éliminer les lobes secondaires d'auto-corrélation d'un signal continu périodique codé en phase. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à choisie un code de phase dont la fonction d'auto-corrélation possède des lobes secondaires présentant une symétrie telle que la somme de ladite fonction avec cette même fonction décalée d'un temps T donne un niveau nul entre les pics principaux, à obtenir le signal d'auto-corrélation dudit code de phase, à obtenir ledit signal d'auto-corrélation décalé d'un temps T et à faire la somme des deux signaux d'auto-corrélation décalés. Application aux radars à émission continue.
