Abstract

L'invention concerne un accouplement de transmission à vis et écrou à billes. Les billes assurant le contact entre la vis 2 et l'élément tubulaire 5 portent sur une piste de roulement 13 constituée par la rainure 4 et par la gorge hélicoïdale 8 du manchon interne 6. Celui-ci est fixé concentriquement à l'intérieur d'un manchon externe 7, coulé directement sur le manchon 6 et comportant une rainure 16 qui délimite, avec des trous de liaison, une seconde piste de recirculation 15 pour les billes. Seul, le manchon 6 est en acier trempé, le manchon 7 étant réalisé en matière plastique renforcée ou en acier fritté. Pour la transmission de mouvements non alignés avec l'axe de déplacement de la vis 2 dans l'élément tubulaire 5, cette vis peut être remplacée par une vis flexible constituée par un ressort hélicoïdal dont la partie des spires jointives constituant la gorge 4 est pré-compressée.
