Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ablocage et de centrage de pièces annulaires, telles que des segments de piston, en vue de l'usinage de leurs surfaces internes. Le dispositif comporte un cylindre de centrage 1 dans lequel les pièces à usiner 5 sont serrées entre deux bagues de serrage 3 et 4 actionnées par des barres 8, 9 et 10 réunies par une traverse 11 actionnée par un cylindre de serrage 23. Des goupilles de centrage 18 assurent le centrage des pièces dans le cylindre où elles sont usinées par une barre d'alésage 7. Le dispositif peut être monté facilement et directement sur la broche 16 d'un tour de modèle courant ou autre machine-outil appropriée.
