Abstract

Installation de cerclage au feuillard comportant des guide-feuillards horizontaux et verticaux 11, un dispositif d'entraînement mécanique du feuillard 3, 4, 5 et un dispositif de guidage d'entrée. Le dispositif de guidage d'entrée comprend un guide à bascule constitué par une glissière 17 présentant une surface d'un demi-cercle à axe horizontal, dont seul un quart de cercle supérieur 17a présente une rainure de guidage, un clapet 18 en quart de cercle articulé autour du même axe horizontal, pouvant basculer pour prendre soit une position haute, dans laquelle le guidage du feuillard s'effectue verticalement vers le bas, soit une position basse dans laquelle le feuillard accomplit un tour complet de la surface demi-cylindrique de la glissière et pénètre dans un guide horizontal 11a. Application dans une presse à palettiser permettant de réaliser une opération automatisée avec un minimum de manipulations d'opérateur.
