Abstract

The door frame comprises three main profiles. These are the two verticals and the jamb. All these sections are made from metal. At the corners the profiles are mitred, and are clipped together using L shaped clips (9). The inside edges of the L are toothed to grip the frame. Where the two inside edges meet there is a recess (12). On the outside edges of the L there are projections (13 & 14) which are curved over. Each corner has two of the clips which lock the verticals to the jamb.
