Compsn. contains a polyurethane and 5-25% based on total wt. of a bis-phenoxy cpd. where Z is Br, m and m' are, independently, integers 1-5, and alkylene is a straight chain or branched 1-6C alkylene grp., as flame-retardant. These flame-retardants have no adverse effect on the chem. mech., and/or phys. props. of the compsn.
