Abstract

Novel compounds of the formula I in which R is a hydrogen atom or an acyl radical, and their salts and esters are prepared by isomerisation of a compound which is isomeric with the compound I in respect of the CH2OR group located on the double bond. The compounds obtained have a pharmacological action as beta -lactamase inhibitors and are antibacterially active to a certain extent.
