Abstract

Actuating device for the clamping cams of a lock assembly on a flat bed knitting machine, of the type having a series of longitudinally displaceable clamping cams with return springs, comprising an operating lever engaging the cam for each such cam, a control cam and a group of stepped stop members for the lever. The control cams are keyed onto a shaft at least capable of stepwise rotation by an inching motor, while the gps. of stop members are distributed along two different shafts each of which can be rotated by an inching motor.
