Abstract
The carrier gas and the liquid to be vapourised comprises two independent circuits and are injected simultaneously into the mixing chamber. The liquid is injected by means of a pistol into the centre of the chamber. The gas is injected by a multiplicity of nozzles arranged radially towards the axis of the chamber and in a plane perpendicular to this axis. The nozzles are branched onto a circular collector which ensures a uniform gas pressure. The proportions of the mix are controlled by valves with time controlled openings. The gas valve is controlled also by a time switch.
