PVC or polyethylene cable sheathing with conductor channel and parallel groove for screw-fixing is continuously extruded by either embedding the conductor inserting a detachable tube, the inverted pear-shaped fixing groove being formed by using a detachable core for the bulbous part, which is covered by a rib to be removed after cooling to free the neck of the pear.
