Claims (35)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en i vatten olöslig, ej tvärbunden, biokompatibel gel, k ä n n e - 5. e c k n a t därav, att man framställer en vattenhaltig blandning omfattande 0,4 - 2,6 vikt-% hyaluronsyra (HA), aktiverar hyaluronsyran med ett aktiveringsreagens för bildande av aktiverad hyaluronsyra, och 10 omsätter den aktiverade hyaluronsyran med en nuk- leofil under förhällanden varvid bildas en i vatten olöslig, biokompatibel gel.
2. Förfarande enligt patenkrav 1, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att aktiveringen omfattar stegen 15 man sänker pH-värdet tili mellan 4,0 och 5,0 hos vattenblandningen innehällande hyaluronsyra, genom till-sättning av syra, och man bringar vattenblandningen i kontakt med aktive-ringsreagenset. 20

5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att det aktiverade HA och nukleofi-len är närvarande vid omsättningssteget i ett molförhäll-30 ande av ätminstone 0,2 molekvivalenter nukleofil tili en molekvivalent glukuronsyragrupper hos den aktiverade HA.
