Abstract

The invention concerns a ventilation installation which operates on the heat-recovery principle and comprises air- inlet and air-outlet openings 1-4 which connect to channels separated by intermediate walls, two fans 12,14 for producing air-inlet and air-outlet flows and at least one heat-recovery cell system 9,10 which functions as a heat exchanger between the air-inlet and air-outlet flows. A circulation- air flow 17,19 which can be controlled by a controller 20 has been conveyed via the heat-exchanger 9,10 bypass to the air-inlet fan 12. The air-inlet and air-outlet fans' 12,14 rotation effects can be separately controlled, either manually or by combined manual/time-switch operation, so that manual operation brings about, in the space to be air- conditioned, an over-pressure which after a certain time becomes, or can be changed to, an under-pressure. <IMAGE>
