Abstract
1. Elevator winch, in which the output shaft (3) on which is mounted the cables pulley (4) which supports the load, is carried by two bearings disposed in a winch casing (2) and by a third bearing (7) provided outside the winch casing at the extremity of the output shaft, characterised in that the third bearing (7) is urged by a regulable resilient force (R) of radial direction opposed to the direction of the force (G) exerted on the output shaft (3) by the cables pulley (4) supporting the load.
