Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för dekorering eller tryckning av textiler och andra absorberande mottagarytor, pä vilken mottagaryta app-liceras ett värmeavtryckningsmedel vilket omfattar ett mönstret uppbärande eller mönstret innehällande skikt av en fast termo-plastisk polymerkomposition, vilket skikt beläggs pä ytan av ett elastiskt bärarark, frän vilket det medelst värme och tryck överförs tili mottagarytan dä bärararket är i ytkontakt med mottagarytan, kännetecknat därav, att den termo-plastiska polymerkompositionen vid normal rumstemperatur är vid sin yta väsentligen klibbfri och icke-fästande och vid förhöjd temperatur, företrädesvis vid en temperatur av högst 200°C, smälter tili en färgvätska, vars viskositet är under 100 poise, företrädesvis 1-10 poise, och tränger genom mottagarytan som skall dekoreras, varvid ätminstone en del av skiktets yta upp-visar i den termoplastiska polymerkompositionen dispergerade fasta partiklar av ett klibbningsreducerande ämne , vilket sub-limerar vid nämnda förhöjda temperatur, eller vars smältpunkt är minst 60°C och vilket ämne vid nämnda förhöjda temperatur smälter tili en vätska, vilken inte höjer polymerkompositionens viskositet och att polymerkompositionen innehäller en syntetisk polymer, vilken i värme mjuknar genom depolymerisering.
2. Värmeavtryckningsmedel för dekorering eller tryckning av textiler och andra absorberande mottagarytor med förfarandet enligt patentkravet 1, vilket värmeavtryckningsmedel omfattar ett mönstret uppbärande eller mönstret innehällande skikt av en fast termoplastisk polymerkomposition, vilket skikt är belagt pä ytan av ett elastiskt bärarark, frän vilken det medelst värme och tryck kan överföras pä mottagarytan dä bärararket är i 26 641 96 ytkontakt med mottagarytan, kännetecknat dSrav, att den termoplastiska polymerkompositionen vid normal rumstempera-tur är vSsentligen klibbfri och icke-fästande och vid förhöjd temperatur, företrädesvis vid en temperatur av högst 200°C smälter till en färgvätska, vars viskositet Sr under 100 poise, företrädesvis 1-10 poise, och vilken därigenom är i stSnd till att tränga genom mottagarytan som skall dekoreras, varvid St-minstone en del av skiktets yta uppvisar i den termoplastiska polymerkompositionen dispergerade fasta partiklar av ett klibb-ningsreducerande ämne, vilket Sr sublimerbart vid nämnda för-höjda temperatur eller vars smältpunkt är minst 60°C och vilket ämne vid nämnda förhöjda temperatur smälter till en vStska vilken inte höjer polymerkompositionens viskositet och att polymerkompositionen innehSller en syntetisk polymer, vilken i vär-me mjuknar genom depolymerisering.
3. Avtryckningsmedel enligt patentkravet 2, kSnne-t e c k n a t dSrav, att den termoplastiska kompositionen in-nehSller en eller flera syntetiska polymerer, vilka innehSller vid överföringstemperaturen tvärbindande termoreaktiva grupper.
4. Avtryckningsmedel enligt patentkravet 2 eller 3, k S n-netecknat dSrav, att det klibbningsreducerande Smnet i smält tillst&nd Sr blandbart med den Övriga delen av den smSlta termoplastiska kompositionen.
5. Avtryckningsmedel enligt nSgot av patentkraven 2-4, kännetecknat dSrav, att det klibbningsreducerande Smnet Sr valt bland följande Smnen, vilka har &n smSltpunkt över 60°C: estrar, araider, ketoner och halogender1vat av aroma-tiska, cykliska eller kortkedjade kolvSten, omfattande alifatis-ka, aromatiska och cykloalifatiska ftalater och tereftalater, sulfonamid, oktadekanamid, toluensulfonamid, cyklohexylsulfona-mid, heptaklornaftalen och polyestrar, polyamider och polyety-len med lSg molekylvikt.
6. Avtryckningsmedel enligt nSgot av patentkraven 2-5, kSnnetecknat dSrav, att det termoplastiska skiktet omfattar minst en syntetisk polymer vald bland följande Smnen:
