Claims (13)

1. Säiliö (10) kuiville jauheille, rakeille, pelleteille, kaasulle ja muille helposti syttyville aineille, joka säiliö käsittää seinämän (1-3; 11-13), joka muodostuu spiraalikierretystä 5 profiilista, jonka poikkileikkaus on avoin ja jossa profiilin viereiset kierteet on kiinnitetty toisiinsa, tunnettu siitä, että - profiili käsittää ensimmäisen termoplastisen kerroksen, joka muodostaa profiilin sisäpinnan (1; 11), ja toisen termoplastisen kerroksen (2; 12), joka on sovitettu ensimmäisen termoplastisen kerroksen ympärille ja muodostaa profiilin 10 ulkopinnan, jolloin mainittu toinen kerros on anti staattinen, ja jolloin ensimmäiset ja toiset kerrokset ovat koekstrudoituja.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen säiliö, tunnettu siitä, että ensimmäinen termoplastinen kerros (1; 11) muodostuu polymeerimateriaalista, joka valitaan ryhmästä, 15 joka käsittää polyolefiinit, polyamidit, polyvinyylikloridin ja polyakryylinitriilibutadieeni styreenin.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen säiliö, tunnettu siitä, että toinen termoplastinen kerros (2; 12) on sähköisesti johtava ja sen resistanssi on konduktiivisella 20 alueella.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 - 3 mukainen säiliö, tunnettu siitä, että toinen termoplastinen kerros (2; 12) sisältää sähköisesti johtavia tai maadoittavia partikkeleita, kuituja, putkia tai polymeerejä tai niiden sekoituksia. 8 25
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen säiliö, tunnettu siitä, että toinen termoplastinen i g kerros (2; 12) muodostuu polymeerimateriaalista, joka valitaan ryhmästä, joka käsittää g polyolefiinit, polyamidit, polyvinyylikloridin ja polyakryylinitriilibutadieenistyreenin. CL C\1 Γ'' g 30
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen säiliö, tunnettu siitä, että toinen termoplastinen oo § kerros (2; 12) muodostuu polymeerimateriaalista, joka tehdään pysyvästi johtavaksi cu sekoittamalla polymeerimateriaaliin johtavia partikkeleita, johtavia kuituja, johtavia nanokomposiitteja tai johtavia polymeerejä tai niiden sekoituksia.
7. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen säiliö, tunnettu siitä, että siinä on 1 - 3 välikerrosta, jotka on jäljestetty sisäkerroksen ja ulkokerroksen väliin, jolloin mainittu kerros valitaan adhesiivikerroksista tai estekerroksista.
8. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen säiliö, tunnettu siitä, että profiilin viereiset kierteet on hitsattu yhteen (4).
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukainen säiliö, tunnettu siitä, ettäprofiilikierteet on hitsattu yhteen (4) siten, että ne muodostavat olennaisesti homogeenisesti johtavan pinnan 10 sekä seinämän sisä- että ulkopuolelle, jolloin viereisten kierteiden materiaali muodostaa johtavia siltoja säiliön seinämän sisä- ja ulkopinnan välille.
10. Menetelmä kuivien jauheiden, rakeiden, pellettien, kaasun ja muiden helposti syttyvien aineiden varastointiin tarkoitetun säiliön valmistamiseksi, jonka menetelmän mukaan 15. järjestetään kevyt profiili (1-3; 11-13), jonka poikkileikkaus on avoin, - kierretään profiili siten, että se muodostaa sylinterimäisen seinämän, ja - hitsataan viereiset profiilikierteet yhteen, tunnettu siitä, että - vaihe, jossa j äijestetään profiili, käsittää profiilin sisäpinnan muodostavan 20 ensimmäisen termoplastisen kerroksen (1; 11) ja profiilin ulkopinnan muodostavan toisen termoplastisen kerroksen (2; 12) koekstruusion, jolloin mainittu toinen kerros on antistaattinen. _
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että toinen 0 25 termoplastinen kerros (2; 12) muodostuu polymeerimateriaalista, joka tehdään pysyvästi g johtavaksi sekoittamalla polymeerimateriaaliin johtavia partikkeleita, johtavia kuituja, i g johtavia nanokomposiitteja tai johtavia polymeerejä tai niiden sekoituksia. cc CL

Patenttivaatimuksen 10 tai 11 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että r». g 30 putkikierteet on hitsattu yhteen siten, että ne muodostavat olennaisesti homogeenisesti oo § johtavan pinnan sekä seinämän sisä- että ulkopuolelle, jolloin viereisten kierteiden CM materiaali muodostaa johtavia siltoja (4) säiliön seinämän sisä- ja ulkopinnan välille.
