Abstract
METODO PARA LA REALIZACION DE UN PROCESO DE POLIMERIZACION EN LECHO FLUIDIFICADO. COMPRENDE LAS OPERACIONES DE INTRODUCIR CONTINUAMENTE UNA CORRIENTE DE FLUIDO POLIMERIZABLE A TRAVES DE UNA ENTRADA EN UNA CAMARA A UNA VELOCIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA MANTENER UN LECHO DE PARTICULAS EN ESTADO DE FLUIDIFICADAS Y EN SUSPENSION; DE DIVIDIR DICHA CORRIENTE DE FLUIDO EN AL MENOS DOS CORRIENTES QUE FLUYAN EN AL MENOS DOS TRAYECTORIAS DE FLUJO DE FLUIDO, DE TAL MANERA QUE SE INDUZCA EL ARRASTRE DE PARTICULAS SOLIDAS POR PARTE DE LA CORRIENTE DE FLUIDO Y SE IMPIDA LA ACUMULACION DE LAS PARTICULAS SOLIDAS DE POLIMERO SOBRE LA PARED DE LA CAMARA DE MEZCLA; Y DE HACER PASAR AMBAS CORRIENTES COMBINADAS, A TRAVES DE UNA PLACA DISTRIBUIDORA DE GAS, HACIA UNA REGION DE LECHO FLUIDIFICADO SITUADA ENCIMA DE LA CAMARA DE MEZCLA Y DE DICHA PLACA DISTRIBUIDORA DE GAS, A UNA VELOCIDAD TOTAL SUFICIENTE PARA MANTENER UN LECHO DE PARTICULAS DE POLIMERO SOLIDAS EN UN ESTADO DE SUSPENSION Y FLUIDIFICADAS.
