SE PONE EN CONTACTO A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 70 A 80 C UNA BASE GRASA CON UN SULFACTANTE NO IONICO HIDROFILO, Y POR OTRA PARTE SE PONE EN CONTACTO A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 70 A 80 C AGUA DESIONIZADA, UN AGENTE TAMPON Y UN AGENTE PRESERVANTE PARA OBTENER UNA SOLUCION DE LA QUE SE SEPARA UNA PEQUEÑA PROPORCION Y SE ENFRIA A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE AÑADIENDOSE A LA MISMA UN AGENTE TERAPEUTICO. A LA PORCION MAS GRANDE DE SOLUCION ACUOSA QUE QUEDA DE LA ETAPA ANTERIOR, SE LE AÑADE LA COMPOSICION GRASA PREPARADA ANTERIORMENTE A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 70 A 80 C, AGITANDOSE FUERTEMENTE LA COMPOSICION RESULTANTE.
