Abstract
METODO DE OBTENCION DE UNA ENZIMA PROTEOLITICA A PARTIR DE UN MICROORGANISMO TERMOESTABLE. SE AISLA UNA MUESTRA DE SOLUCION PROCEDENTE DE UN ESTANQUE CALIENTE CON UN CONTENIDO BAJO EN SULFUROS Y CON PH DE 7,8, CONTENIENDO EL MICROORGANISMO ADECUADO. SE CULTIVA LA MUESTRA EN UN MEDIO LIQUIDO QUE CONTIENE 0,1-0,3 POR 100 DE SALES DE ALLEN, 0,1 A 100 DE EXTRACTO DE LEVADURA Y 0,1 POR 100 DE TRIPTICASA. SE LE MANTIENE A TEMPERATURA DE 65-85 GC Y PH 7,2-8,2 UNAS 18 HORAS. SE CENTRIFUGA EL CULTIVO Y SE SOMETE AL SOBRENADANTE A CROMATOGRAFIA POR AFINIDAD. EL CONCENTRADO DE LA ENZIMA OBTENIDO SE ELUYE CON UN EQUILIBRADOR DE ELUCIONADO A PH 8,1. DE APLICACION EN LA INDUSTRIA DE ALIMENTACION, FERMENTACION, FARMACEUTICA Y DE PIENSOS ALIMENTICIOS.
