Abstract
Procedimiento para producir gas de síntesis mediante oxidación parcial de una materia prima hidrocarbonada, suspensión de combustible carbonado, o mezclas del mismo, para producir una corriente gaseosa que incluye H2 y CO y que contiene carbono en forma de partículas, refrigerándose y limpiándose dicha corriente gaseosa con agua para producir una dispersión de carbono en agua además del gas de síntesis producido, caracterizado por las operaciones que consisten en: (1) mezclar dicha dispersión de carbono en agua con una cantidad suficiente de agente de extracción orgánico líquido precalentado por cambio térmico indirecto; (2) mezclar la dispersión en agua de carbono/agente de extracción orgánico líquido con aceite de extracción, separar dicha mezcla por medio de una operación de vaporización; (3) introducir la dispersión residual procedente de la operación (2) en la parte superior de una zona de separación con vapor; (4) extraer una mezcla gaseosa de vapor y agente de extracciónorgánico líquido vaporizado situado en la parte superior de dicha zona de separación y extraer una dispersión residual bombeable separada constituida por carbono en forma de partículas en aceite de extracción; (5) mezclar conjuntamente dicha mezcla gaseosa procedente de la parte superior de dicha zona de separación con cualquier parte restante de dicha mezcla de vapor y agente de extracción orgánico líquido vaporizado procedente de la operación de vaporización en la operación (2); y (6) separar el agua condensada y el agente de extracción orgánico líquido por gravedad.
