Abstract
Procedimiento para el tratado final de materiales textiles teñidos y estampados por saponificación, caracterizados porque en una primera etapa se preparan los silicatos de aluminio alcalino de partícula fina, insolubles en agua, preferentemente conteniendo agua de fórmula general: **(Fórmula)** donde cat significa un ión de metal alcalino, preferentemente un ión sódico, x representa un número de 0,7 a 1,5 e y significa un número de 0,8 - 6, preferentemente 1,3 - 4, con un tamaño de partícula de 0,1 hasta 25 u, preferentemente 1 hasta 12 u, y con una capacidad ligadora de calcio de 20 - 200 mg de CaO/g de sustancia anhidro, haciendo reaccionar silicatos hidrosolubles con aluminatos hidrosolubles en presencia de agua y calentamiento a temperaturas de 50 - 200ºC, en caso dado estos se separan de la suspensión acuosa y se secan a 50 - 400ºC, y, en una segunda etapa se prepara una dispersión con un contenido de 0,3 - 1,5 g/l de silicato de aluminio alcalino y 0,15 - 1,0 g/l de agentes tensioactivos y/o no iónicos y, después del teñido o estampado de los materiales textiles, estos se enjuagan en frío y en caliente, y entonces se saponifican con la mencionada dispersión así obtenida durante 10 - 60 minutos a 80 - 100ºC y a continuación se enjuaga en frío y se seca.
