Abstract
Un método para producir clínkeres de cemento en un horno giratorio cargado por el extremo superior con materias primas calcáreas, silíceas, ferríferas y arcillosas y calentando con combustibles inyectado desde el extremo inferior juntamente con un gas que soporta la combustión, preferiblemente aire atmosférico, y donde los clínkeres producidos después de nodulización y sinterización subsiguiente son retirados del extremo inferior del horno y enfriados, mientras que los gases añadidos y los producidos durante el proceso son retirados desde el extremo superior del horno y son desprovistos de polvo arrastrado en un filtro, en el que se introducen cenizas volantes cuya composición mineral ha sido ajustada, al menos añadiendo minerales calcáreos, conforme a la composición deseada de los clínkeres, por el extremo inferior del horno giratorio en la misma dirección que el aire inyectado, al tiempo que se introduce por el extremo superior del horno, en contracorriente con el aire, una mezcla de materias primas calcáreas, silíceas, ferríferas y arcillosas adaptadas a la composición deseada de los clínkeres, de la cual las materias primas silíceas, ferríferas y arcillosas, pueden estar constituidas total o parcialmente por cenizas volantes.
