Abstract

Procedimiento de colada de metal, según el cual se calienta dicho metal al menos hasta fusión, después de lo cual se le cuela en un molde , asegurando al mismo tiempo una protección de metal por vaporización de un gas licuado inerte, tal como nitrógeno o argón, caracterizado porque se asegura, sucesivamente, un protección de la superficie del baño de metal en fusión durante su calentamiento, después una protección del volumen del molde al menos antes de la colada propiamente dicha, por un chorro controlado y repartido de gas licuado, todo ello de manera que el metal en fusión permanezca en un ambiente gaseoso que tiene un contenido muy pequeño de oxígeno, en todo caso inferior a 1% y preferiblemente inferior a 0,1%
