Abstract
Procedimiento para la separación de impurezas de aire de escape de proceso, con las etapas: - conducción de un aire de escape de proceso (10) a través de una la instalación de segregación (12), y - regeneración de la instalación de segregación (12) haciendo pasara un flujo de regeneración (36), caracterizado por las siguientes etapas: - separación del flujo de regeneración (36), que en la regeneración fluye a través de la unidad de segregación (18) de la instalación de segregación (12), en un primer flujo parcial (42) que presenta una concentración de impureza menor que un primer valor límite preestablecido, y un segundo flujo parcial (44) que presenta una concentración de impureza igual o mayor que un segundo valor límite preestablecido, siendo el segundo valor límite preestablecido igual o mayor que el primer valor límite preestablecido; - reciclado del primer flujo parcial (42) formado en la regeneración aguas arriba de la instalación de segregación (12) al aire de escape de proceso (10); y - conducción del segundo flujo parcial (44) formado en la regeneración a una instalación de purificación (46), regulándose de forma variable un caudal del primer flujo parcial (42) formado en la regeneración y/o una relación entre el caudal del primer flujo parcial (42) formado en la regeneración y el caudal del segundo flujo parcial (44) formado en la regeneración.
