Abstract
Un cajón (30) de laminación configurado para conformar una barra (15) de acero o de aleación de acero, en donde la barra (15) tiene un eje longitudinal central y tres brazos (17-19) interconectados, cada uno de los cuales se extiende a lo largo del eje longitudinal central y en general radialmente desde el eje longitudinal central adyacentes entre sí, en donde dicho cajón (30) de laminación comprende: una línea (11) de paso a lo largo de la cual se desplaza sustancialmente el eje longitudinal central de la barra (15); y sólo tres conjuntos (32-34) de rodillo para conformar dichos brazos (17-19) con cada conjunto (32-34) de rodillo que comprende: un rodillo (37-39) que tiene un eje de giro y un anillo (40-42) contorneado que se extiende circunferencialmente, el cual se extiende entre dos brazos (17-19) de barra adyacentes; en donde los rodillos (37-39) están separados con respecto a la línea (11) de paso con sus dichos ejes de giro en un plano común y dichos anillos (40-42) contorneados proporcionan un hueco (12) a través del cual se extiende la línea (11) de paso y conforma los brazos (17-19) de la barra (15) a medida que la barra (15) pasa a través del hueco (12), caracterizado porque: cada uno de dichos tres brazos (17-19) interconectados de la barra (15) son de 1,5 mm a 4,0 mm de espesor, los conjuntos (32-34) de rodillo cada uno comprende un árbol (51-53) de accionamiento que se extiende desde dicho rodillo (37-39) y al menos un cojinete (57-62) a través del cual se extiende el árbol (51-53); y en donde las velocidades de giro de los rodillos (37-39) son capaces de ser variadas de forma independiente.
