Abstract

Implante (100) intervertebral para la fusión entre dos cuerpos vertebrales de una columna vertebral que comprende: - una caja (1) de fusión, que se extiende desde un lado posterior a un lado anterior, adaptado para interponerse entre dos cuerpos vertebrales adyacentes de un paciente; - una placa (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) de fijación que tiene al menos un pasaje (16); comprendiendo dicha caja (1) de fusión y placa (2) de fijación elementos (8, 10, 7, 19, 20, 21) cooperantes para fijar dicha placa (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) de fijación en el lado anterior de la caja (1) de fusión; comprendiendo dichos elementos (8, 10, 7, 19, 20, 21) cooperantes medios (8, 7) de retención y medios (10, 19) de pivotamiento, estando dispuestos dichos medios (10, 19) de pivotamiento para guiar una rotación, alrededor de un eje (x) de pivote de dicha placa (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) de fijación con respecto a dicha caja (1) de fusión, en donde la placa (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) de fijación se puede desplazar libremente en una dirección posterior-anterior con respecto a la caja (1) de fusión, a una segunda configuración en la que el desplazamiento de la placa (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) de fijación en una dirección posterior-anterior con respecto a la caja (1) de fusión es restringido por los medios (8, 7) de retención, caracterizado porque los medios (8, 7) de retención comprenden al menos una porción (7) que sobresale radialmente, con respecto a dicho eje (x) de pivotamiento, y al menos una porción (8) rebajada destinada a alojar dicha porción (7) sobresaliente en la segunda configuración del implante (100).

En una cuarta realización, la placa 2c de fijación tiene un lóbulo superior y dos lóbulos inferiores, cada uno de los cuales presenta un pasaje 16c. Dicho dispositivo está específicamente diseñado para fundir conjuntamente las vértebras L5 y S1.
