Abstract
Un intercambiador de calor para el enfriamiento de gases calientes por medio de un fluido de refrigeración, comprendiendo dicho intercambiador: - al menos un tanque orientado verticalmente que contiene un baño de fluido de refrigeración y que tiene un espacio de recogida de la fase vapor generada por encima de dicho baño de fluido de refrigeración; - al menos un conducto en espiral que da vueltas en torno al eje del tanque; - al menos una salida para la fase vapor generada en la cabecera de dicho tanque, al menos una línea de transferencia insertada en la parte inferior del tanque vertical para alimentar los gases calientes a dicho tanque, estando dicha línea de transferencia abierta por los dos extremos, de los que uno está conectado al tanque vertical y el otro está libre y por fuera de dicho tanque, siendo dicha línea de transferencia tubular y sobresaliendo lateralmente por fuera de dicho intercambiador, conteniendo dicha línea de transferencia al menos un conducto central interno que tiene una camisa exterior por la que circula un fluido de refrigeración, estando dicho conducto central interno en conexión de fluido con el citado conducto en espiral, estando el intercambiador de calor caracterizado porque comprende además al menos un elemento tubular vertical insertado en el interior de dicho tanque, abierto por los extremos y coaxial con dicho tanque y se desarrolla verticalmente a lo largo del elemento tubular insertado en el tanque vertical, y porque el conducto en espiral está insertado en dicho elemento tubular coaxial y en donde la camisa del conducto central interno comprende también un tabique para permitir la circulación interna del fluido de refrigeración, y en donde el tabique contenido en la camisa se desarrolla a través de la longitud total del conducto central interno hasta el extremo superior de dicho conducto.
