Abstract

Dispositivo (10) para la distribución sincronizada de porciones de una masa pastosa, que comprende un cuerpo de toberas (10.1, 10.2) - con un canal principal (14) al menos aproximadamente vertical, cerrado por arriba, - con un canal de alimentación (12) para la alimentación de la masa pastosa, que desemboca en el canal principal (14), - en el que el cuerpo de toberas (10.1, 10.2) comprende una pluralidad de canales de distribución (16), que se extienden transversalmente al canal principal (14), respectivamente, con una sección transversal de entrada (16.1) en el canal principal (14) y, respectivamente, una sección transversal de salida (16.2), y - una zona de distribución (18) en la que desembocan las secciones transversales de salida (16.2) de los canales de distribución (16), y el dispositivo (10) posee un pistón (20) dispuesto en el canal principal (14) del cuerpo de toberas (10.1, 10.2) dispuesto de forma desplazable y con efecto de obturación, a través del cual se pueden cubrir las secciones transversales de entrada (16.1) de un número predeterminable de canales de distribución (16), para inactivar los canales de distribución (16) que parten desde estas secciones transversales de entrada (16.1), caracterizado por que - los canales de distribución (16) presentan al menos una zona ascendente del canal de distribución en la dirección del flujo de la masa pastosa, y - por que las secciones transversales de salida (16.2) de los canales de distribución (16) están dispuestas por encima de las secciones transversales de entrada (16.1) respectivas, para formar la zona ascendente del canal de distribución (16.10).
