Abstract
Instalación y procedimiento de cribado y ensacado de negro de humo.#Permite el reciclaje, recuperación y valorización del residuo industrial denominado negro de humo de aspiración, que consta de negro de humo mezclado con impurezas, tales como por ejemplo partículas de chatarra, plástico, maderas, tornillos, arandelas. La instalación incorpora una tolva receptora (7) por donde se introduce el negro de humo de aspiración, una criba vibradora (8) que separa las impurezas del negro de humo, y una parrilla magnética (12), que permite recoger las pequeñas impurezas de hierro que arrastra el negro de humo que atravesó la criba vibradora (8), así como dispone de unos medios de transporte y elevación (3, 4) destinados a recibir el negro de humo libre de impurezas, que cae a través de la parrilla magnética (12), y a trasportarlo y elevarlo para su posterior ensacado libre de impurezas, preferiblemente en pequeñas bolsas, para su reutilización en aplicaciones secundarias de la industria del caucho.Installation and procedure of screening and bagging of carbon black. # Allows the recycling, recovery and recovery of industrial waste called carbon black, consisting of carbon black mixed with impurities, such as for example scrap particles, plastic, woods, screws, washers.
