Abstract

Implante de tibia (26) para tensar los ligamentos patelares (32), con un corte transversal vertical que se estrecha hacia abajo en la ubicación de uso, caracterizado por que presenta una formación esponjosa (36) con dos lados que se pueden apoyar en dos superficies de corte de una muesca (28) próxima a la rodilla, introducida esencialmente de forma vertical desde arriba en la tibia (22), por que presenta una placa de base (44) que se puede disponer en dirección longitudinal de la tibia (22), que lleva la formación esponjosa (36) y por que la formación esponjosa (36) presenta, al menos por secciones, una estructura de rejilla y por que el implante de tibia (26) presenta un marco de apoyo (34) perimetral y la formación esponjosa (36) se encuentra en medio.
