Para ello y de forma más concreta dicho dispositivo consiste básicamente en un bloque prismático de material plástico, de sección variable, acorde con los diferentes tipos normalizados de perfiles de aluminio a unir, en cuyo seno debe acoplarse ajustadamente, contando cada uno de estos bloques prismáticos con al menos dos orificios pasantes, establecidos entre sus bases y dotados de un escalonamiento interior, de manera que a través de dichos orificios el bloque prismático es fijable a uno cualquiera de los perfiles, en correspondencia con la zona de unión del otro perfil, a cuyo efecto el perfil receptor del bloque prismático cuenta a su vez con al menos una pareja de tuercas, convenientemente embutidas en el mismo, receptoras de respectivos tornillos.
