Abstract

Dispositivo para suturas y ligaduras quirúrgicas por vía laparoscópica o cirugía abierta. Se refiere la invención a la utilización de un dispositivo simple, utilizado comúnmente para la unión de cables en instalaciones eléctricas, dotado de una cola (1) de longitud y anchura variables, en la que una de las caras presenta una superficie estriada con pequeñas muescas paralelas (2), perpendiculares a su eje mayor y de una cabeza (3) con un pequeño agujero (4) por el que se introduce la cola y que presenta en su interior una pestaña (5) que se va fijando entre las muescas de la cola siendo siempre posible su cierre más ajustado, pero imposible su apertura debido a la flexibilidad de la pestaña solo hacia un lado, para la ligadura y sutura de aquellas estructuras tubulares de mayor o menor calibre, por donde transcurran líquidos diferentes (sangre, bilis, contenido intestinal, etc) y endopinza de disección para cierre y fijación del mismo. La utilización de este dispositivo se caracteriza por una alta seguridad, evitando vertidos a cavidad libre y eliminando complicaciones médicas, es muy manejable y más económico que los dispositivos de ligadura y sutura actuales en el mercado. El dispositivo es de aplicación en cirugía laparoscópica y cirugía abierta.
