Abstract
Procedimiento para construir un devanado ondulado para estátores e inducidos de máquinas eléctricas en el que al menos un alambre (18) de bobinado aportado por medio de un guíaalambres (20) se bobina sobre un cuerpo (10) de modelado interior provisto de cavidades (16) de una plantilla (10, 12) accionable en rotación, en el que durante la generación de cada espira del devanado ondulado se introduce, por medio de elementos (12) de modelado exteriores de la plantilla, en función de la posición angular de giro de la plantilla, que se desplazan cíclicamente en el sentido radial hacia el interior hasta una posición final interior en el sentido radial y nuevamente hacia el exterior, en las cavidades (16) correspondientes en cada caso y en el que, finalmente, las espiras se transfieren a ranuras longitudinales de un soporte (34) de bobinas posicionable axialmente delante del cuerpo de modelado, que es mantenido, durante la generación de las espiras bobinadas sin interrupción del alambre, en una posición rígida a giro o ejecuta un movimiento de posicionado, caracterizado porque el final de la última espira del devanado ondulado es conformado de forma definitiva en la cavidad (16) correspondiente con un elemento (12) de modelado cercano al guíaalambres (20) , al mismo tiempo, que este elemento (12) de modelado es avanzado radialmente hacia el interior hasta la posición final interior en el sentido radial, además de ejecutar los movimientos radiales de modelado cíclicos durante el proceso de bobinado.
