Abstract

Instalación de recubrimiento en una máquina de imprenta, formada por un cilindro contrapresión, un cilindro de formación, un cilindro de aplicación, con un sistema dosificador asociado que se puede aproximar y retirar, estando el sistema dosificador en conexión funcional con un sistema de conductos de circulación accionable con bombas para un medio líquido recibido en un depósito, caracterizada porque en la instalación de recubrimiento, como sistema de conductos de circulación (21,22), solamente están presentes un conducto de alimentación (21) con una bomba (24) y solamente un conducto de retorno (22) con otra bomba (25), porque el conducto de alimentación (21) y el conducto de retorno (22) están dispuestos dentro de la instalación de recubrimiento (15,16) de manera que se pueden soltar rápidamente, porque las bombas (24,25) son un sistema de bombas de tubo flexible, en el que los conductos (21,22) son sustituibles en el cabezal de la bomba, porque en el caso de procesamiento de medios diferentes en la instalación de recubrimiento (15,16), se pueden sustituir mutuamente para un medio un conducto de alimentación (21) propio y un conducto de retorno (22) propio, siendo retornable un medio presente todavía en la unidad de recubrimiento (15,16) con antelación al depósito (8,9,10) asociado.
