Abstract

Secador-intercambiador de calor para el tratamiento térmico de los materiales a granel de tipo granulado, en especial para el secado o el tratamiento previo a la condensación final en fase sólida (SSP), por ejemplo de un granulado de material plástico PET o similar, compuesto por una caja (1) que está dotada de una boca de entrada (2) para el producto y de una boca de salida (3) del producto, así como de los racores de conexión (4, 5) a las tuberías de carga y evacuación de un gas de proceso, y con un canal que es permeable al aire para el tratamiento del granulado, en donde el canal está limitado por unos elementos que presentan las aberturas (9) y en donde el tamaño de las aberturas (9) es menor que la dimensión del material granulado, caracterizado porque en el canal están dispuestos unos obstáculos en forma de las estructuras (8).
