Abstract

Procedimiento y sistema de control de procesos transitorios en accionamientos eléctricos con el par de carga proporcional al cuadrado de la velocidad del motor. Se trata de un procedimiento y un sistema de control que minimizan la duración de los procesos transitorios en un motor asíncrono de rotor cortocircuitado, manteniéndose la corriente del estator constante, según el criterio del máximo de Pontriaguin aplicado a accionamientos eléctricos con el par de carga proporcional al cuadrado de la velocidad del motor más una constante (nula o no nula). Están destinados para los accionamientos de bombas y ventiladores centrífugos y similares con frecuentes cambios de la velocidad, preferente, aunque no obligatoriamente. La rapidez de los transitorios, combinada con la limitación de la corriente del motor y la variación óptima consiguiente de las demás variables, contribuye a reducir las pérdidas frente a los procedimientos de cambio de velocidad tradicionales. Las ventajas del sistema se potencian al utilizarse conjuntamente con un sistema de control del motor para el régimen permanente que trate de mantener el motor en el punto de mínimas pérdidas eléctricas.Procedure and control system of transient processes in electric drives with the load torque proportional to the square of the motor speed.
