Abstract

Dispositivo para la conformación y armado de cajas de cartón. El dispositivo comprende cuatro elementos de esquina (1) determinantes de un molde sobre el que se dispone una lámina de cartón debidamente troquelada para que por empuje, mediante un macho superior (3) montado con carácter desplazable en sentido ascendente y descendente, conseguir la conformación y armado de una caja. Los elementos de esquina (1) cuentan con medios que permiten su desplazamiento longitudinal y el desplazamiento transversal de una parte (1'') de los propios elementos de esquina (1) para aumentar o disminuir la amplitud del molde y permitir la conformación de cajas de distintas dimensiones. El macho (3), como elemento empujador en la conformación de la caja, cuenta con aletas basculantes y laterales (22) que posibilitan el conseguir cajas no solamente de distintas dimensiones, sino con puentes superiores en los testeros, contando ese macho (3) con un puente (17) a través del cual se realiza la fijación sobre un soporte general de la máquina a la que se aplique el dispositivo.Device for forming and assembling cardboard boxes.
