The structure of the cover or lid comprises a panel of plastic covered by melamine or decorated film, reinforced with the straps and with a frame which secures it at its edges. The manufacturing process comprises unrolling the straps, straightening, profiling, induction pre-heating, cutting by shearing, robotized injector transfer, robotized feed of melamine paper or decorative film to the injectors, super-injection of reinforcement coating, evacuation of reinforced panels by robots.
