Abstract
Sistema de control y validación de limpiezas en instalaciones de suministro a granel de bebidas. Aplicable al servicio de mantenimiento de una pluralidad de instalaciones para suministro de bebidas en establecimientos públicos, como por ejemplo cerveza de barril, y teniendo por finalidad controlar que las opresiones periódicas de limpieza en dichas instalaciones se realizan en los momentos previstos y en las condiciones higiénicas también previstas, se materializa en un ordenador portátil (1), provisto de un reloj interno, con el que colabora un Tag (12) de identificación, establecido en cada una de las instalaciones a mantener, ordenador dotado de un sensor de lectura a través del que en el momento preciso recibe el código de identificación emitido por el Tag (12), estando además el ordenador portátil (1) asistido por un conductivímetro (2), del que a su vez recibe información relativa a las condiciones del proceso de limpieza obtenidas con la colaboración de una sonda conductivimétrica (4), de manera que a través del conductivímetro (2) el generador controla las características de los productos de limpieza utilizados y sus concentraciones, en cada fase, comprobando que son las preestablecidas al efecto y que además son indicadas al operador por el propio ordenador.Cleaning control and validation system in bulk beverage supply facilities.
